Yes — the C-200 has a conventional AUS-10 steel blade. Sharpen it the same way you'd sharpen any high-quality Japanese knife. Whetstones, fixed-angle sharpening systems, and rolling sharpeners are great. We don't recommend pull-through sharpeners or electric sharpeners, as they can be far too aggressive in removing material.
Also, keep the ultrasonics off when resharpening to avoid damaging the blade and your sharpening equipment.
