Orders to the United States typically ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. Orders to Canada and the rest of the world typically ship from Toronto, Ontario. This allows us to avoid incurring unnecessary United States import tariffs that we must then pass on to international customers.

Where does my order ship from?

For P.O. boxes: in most cases, no. Our preferred carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, especially because the package contains a lithium-ion battery which has to be handled via certain shipping methods. We recommend providing a physical street address for delivery.

If our checkout process does not allow your country, it likely means we&apos;re unable to ship there at this time. We&apos;re working with experienced customs brokers to make this process as fast and predictable as possible. From there, they will ship to their respective warehouses for intake, inspection, and shipment to you. Once the warehouse prepares your order, you&apos;ll receive an email with tracking information. So, that&apos;s a bit of a journey still ahead. Based on this schedule, you&apos;ll receive your order in mid-March, but we&apos;re working hard to shorten that timeline.
