Is the C-200 knife a full-tang knife?Updated 6 days ago

No, it's not full-tang, and that's okay. Many high-end Japanese knives have partial tangs and are still extremely durable. The bolster of the C-200 extends partway into the handle and is securely attached. It won't break under any normal cooking use-unless you're really abusing it (in which case, no knife would survive).
