All orders of the C-200 and all related products are currently pre-orders (as stated before purchase).
If you purchased your knife before November 10, 2025, your order is part of our first batch of production.
We're excited to let you know that the production of batch one is fully complete. We've decided to air freight the shipments from the factory to expedite their processing, and to express our gratitude for the patience of our first customers.
Full transparency: this is later than we promised. We wanted your order to be on the final leg of its journey before the end of January, and we missed this deadline. We're very sorry for the delay, but we wanted to do things right, not just fast. This is always a tough call because we know delays are disappointing.
All orders will travel to their respective ports: Los Angeles for US orders, and Vancouver, BC for orders shipping within Canada and outside the US. The largest unknown in the schedule above is customs clearance time. Some lucky shipments are cleared in a day or two, but delays of several weeks or more can happen, especially in the US. We're working with experienced customs brokers to make this process as fast and predictable as possible. From there, they will ship to their respective warehouses for intake, inspection, and shipment to you. Once the warehouse prepares your order, you'll receive an email with tracking information. So, that's a bit of a journey still ahead. Based on this schedule, you'll receive your order in mid-March, but we're working hard to shorten that timeline. If you purchased your knife between November 10, 2025-January 26th, 2026, your order is part of our second batch of production.
The second batch of production is set to ship approximately March 2026. We do not yet have a firm date, but will send out updates via our mailing list when we do.
If you purchased your knife on January 27, 2026 or after, your order is part of our third batch of production.
The third batch of production is set to ship approximately April 2026. We do not yet have a firm date, but will send out updates via our mailing list when we do.
