We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. The item should be returned in its original condition and packaging. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return, and we'll provide instructions (in most cases, you'll ship it back to us, and upon receiving it we'll process a refund). Note that unless the return is due to a defect or our error, the customer is typically responsible for return shipping costs.
